01. Chyawanprash
Chyawanprash is an Ayurvedic herbal jam that has been used for millennia to restore health, increase overall vitality, and promote longevity in the human body. Authentically prepared Chyawanprash is made from amalaki (or amla fruit), a variety of medicinal herbs and spices, ghee, sesame oil, and a sweetener, like honey and/or jaggery. This potent concoction of ingredients results in a powerful superfood formula that brings nutrients and restorative benefits deep into the body's tissues.

02. Ghruta Ghee
Ghruta ghee, which is also known as Ghrta and Ghrita, is cultured A2 ghee from free-range, grass-fed Indian Gir cows that's been handcrafted according to ancient traditions. This special type of ghee is an incredibly important and revered ingredient in the Ayurvedic system of medicine and has been used for thousands of years for its vast health benefits.

Morning: Ghruta in the morning will soothe the nerves

Recipe: salted chai tea latte
Ingredients
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 cups milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 4-6 green cardamom pods
- 3-4 clove buds
- 5-6 black peppercorns
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon CTC Assam black tea or a couple of strong black tea bags
- 1/4-1/2 tsp bamboo salt
- Maple syrup to taste
Directions
- Gently crush the cardamom pods and black peppercorns.
- In a small to medium-sized saucepan, add the spices to the water and bring to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the tea and remove from heat.
- Cover and steep for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the milk and bring the entire mixture just to the edge of boiling. Careful not to let the milk boil over or you will likely end up with a big mess on your hands!
- Remove from heat and steep for another 3-4 minutes.
- Strain, sweeten to taste, add a pinch of salt, and enjoy!

Dissolve a few crystals on your tongue multiple times a day and use crystals or powder for cooking, seasoning, and electrolyte drinks. Bamboo salt can also be used for oral, eye, nasal, and skin care.

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange juice
- 2 cups filtered water or coconut water
- 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp bamboo salt
- Optional: Freshly grated ginger
